:D blind spot.
hellos.:D yaa, here's the pictures that i used for science presentation today. i'm not sure if you can see them here. yaa. have fun! :D
note: please zoom in with [ctrl] + [scroll up with mouse] or [ctrl] + [+]. then you will be able to see. (:
Close your left eye and stare at the cross mark in the diagram with your right eye. Off to the right you should be able to see the spot. DON'T LOOK at it; just noice that it is there off to the right. If its not, move farther away from it; you should be able to see the dot. Now slowly move towards the diagram. Keep looking at the cross mark while you move. At a particular distance, the spot will disappear and it will reappear again, if you move even closer.
First you have to make the spot disappear, then bring a pencil in from the side so the tip is just into the spot, and "push" it into the blind spot. If you have done it right, you would see that the pencil does not come out from the other end. :O
